First click on Register located in the top right corner of the page. Then select Employer and fill out your informations to register as an employer. An E-Mail with your password is being sent to the provided E-Mail address. Your password can always be changed in your Dashboard > My profile > Change Password. Now you will have access to add your company, post a job, place a banner ad, bookmark jobs or set job alerts and see messages of candidates.

To post a job you have to be logged in as an employer. You will find your job listings in your Dashboard.

To access it simply click on your profile located in the top right corner of the page and then on Dashboard in the dropdown menu. If this is your first time placing a job ad you have to set up your company profile first. If you already set up your company profile you can go to Jobs > Submit Job, select your company and start filling in the Job details.

When finished you can click on Preview to see how your ad is going to look. If you want to go back to edit your details click on Edit listing (important: do not go back by using the arrows of your browser as your filled in details could get lost). If you’re happy you can continue by clicking Choose a package. After choosing your package you will be redirected to the Checkout page.

After the payment was successful your part is done and the job add is pending for approval. We are going to check the job add and if everything is alright publish it within the next 24 hours. You can always check the status of your Job ad in your Dashboard under Jobs > Manage Jobs.

When you post a job and want candidates to apply directly on your website, please fill in the field called External “Apply for Job” link. This will direct candidates to your site.

If you leave this field empty, candidates will apply through a form on our job site. In this case, you will receive an email notification at the email address you used for registration. Additionally, you will find a copy of the application message in your Dashboard under Messages.

Candidates cannot attach resumes directly when applying through our platform.

You can provide an “apply directly” link to your website where candidates can attach their resume. 

When a candidate applies through our form, you will receive a message with their contact details, and the Resume can be provided via email or other methods you prefer.

To set up your company profile you have to be logged in as an Employer.

You will find your Company in your Dashboard. To access it simply click on your profile located in the top right corner of the page and then on Dashboard in the dropdown menu.

To set up a company profile you go to Companies > Add Company and start filling out your company details. 

The company profile is then pending for approval. We are going to check it and if everything is alright publish it within the next 24 hours. You can always check the status of your company profile in your Dashboard under Companies > Manage Companies.

Please upload your company logo in a square format with a 1:1 aspect ratio. To ensure good quality, we recommend using images with dimensions of at least 201 x 201 pixels. The maximum file size allowed is 300 MB.

You can pay for a job posting by credit card or PayPal. You will be prompted to enter your payment information details during the job posting process.

Job listing will stay active for a period of time as mentioned in the job post before it expires. You can also edit the expiration date for the job posting if you want it to last shorter.

When a job ad expires it will not be visible on the website anymore. You can still find your job ad in your Dashboard under Jobs > Manage Jobs. From there you can either Relist or Delete your job ad.

First click on Register located in the top right corner of the page. Then select Candidate and fill out your informations to register as an employer. An E-Mail with your password is being sent to the provided E-Mail address. Your password can always be changed in your Dashboard > My profile > Change Password. You can now log into your account to apply for listed jobs, bookmark them, set job alerts and see the messages if an employer responds to your application. 

You cannot attach your resume directly when applying for a job through our platform. When you apply through our form, you will get in touch with the employer, and you can then send your Resume via email or another method they prefer.
